Yoga is defined to improve a child’s Mind and  Body connection. World Yoga Day was celebrated on 21st June 2022. Yoga Asanas where performed by all students of Std. III to V in the school grounds. Students were exhorted to continue the practice of Yoga every day for physical and mental health.
