The KG Section of Don Bosco Matric. Egmore was adorned in Green on 19th October 2023 on the occasion of their ‘Green Day’ celebration.

It was a prudent way to imbibe in their little minds the importance of green earth and all the good things that come in green.

Every classroom was decorated thematically, representing the Green Jungle, World of Vegetables, Green Gardens, Mother Earth, Animal Kingdom and Food in Green. The balloons, ribbons and fairy lights enhanced the festive ambience.

In compliance with the day the children came attired in all different shades of green. The food and drinks brought by them for the day was also colour coded in green. A special Assembly was conducted, celebrating the positive vibes of Green. The assembly was graced by the members of the management, our AHM and KG Coordinator.

The children role played the animals and vegetables in green. They were thrilled and thoroughly enjoyed their act. They vowed to protect our mother earth.  The culminated efforts of the Teachers, parents and students on the goodness of Green, the colour of life will leave a timeless memory etched in the minds of our KG kids.
